4. Eligibility & Services

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Aikara allows you to:

  • Generate images from text prompts
  • Apply style transfers
  • Upscale and enhance images
  • Manage generated content
  • Access premium AI models

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • ● Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • ● Attempt unauthorized access
  • ● Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • ● Create harmful, abusive, or objectionable content

7. Fees and Payment

We may charge fees for certain services. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content are exclusive property of Aikara AI.

9. User Content

You retain intellectual property rights in content you submit. You grant us a license to use such content.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of Terms.

11. Liability

In no event shall Aikara AI be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
